Xenon HID headlights. It comes with everything you need, two ballast, two harness connectors, and two bulbs. Also includes generic instructions on how to use the kit and how it works. We can get nearly every make and model made, and stock quite a few. $90 for the kit. Lifetime warranty, not through our factory, but through us personally.

Please plan on dropping the car off if you want us to install them for you, as good installs take some time.

Slim line ballasts are shown below. Actual kits pictured. We are a GT HID authorized retailer.  Wholesale partnerships available with quantity sales.

The newest ballasts have gone to a bare polished aluminum finish

Vehicle issues I have noted thus far that must be taken care of before I can do an HID install:

2002-2009 Dodge Ram. Resistors must be installed in order for the lights to work and the "Lamp Out" light to not come on. Details on how to do this can be found on www.dodgetalk.com

Trailblazer/Envoy HID kill switch must be installed. These can be purchased aftermarket or there is a do it yourself mod. trailvoy.com has details.

Pontiac G8: DRL fuse must be removed.  I can do this. You will loose your daytime running lights.
Many Chevy/GMC Trucks: Polarity has to be reversed on some headlights.  We can do this, however.
Jeep Cherokee.  A relay harness may have to be installed. $10 if needed.

FAQ:

Q: Is this bi-xenon?

A: If you have a vehicle that has high and low beam in one bulb, I have kits that have a low beam Xenon bulb and a high beam Halogen bulb for no extra charge. If you desire bi-xenon, it is available for $120.

Q: Does you kit have relays?

A: With most vehicles, relays are not needed as Xenon's use less power than your stock lights. I have founded that they are needed on some, and if you want bi-xenon (high and low beams Xenon on a single bulb headlights) they automatically come with a relay

Q: I want my high and low beams to be xenon, there are separate bulbs for low and high. Is that just $90?

A: This is the same thing as having to install two separate kits, so it would be $180. The same goes for fogs. One kit is needed per pair of bulbs.

Q: I already have Xenon low beam headlights, but want to change the color, can you sell me bulbs to fit?

A: Yes, currently I have D2R in stock that will also work in D2S housings. I can purchase D1 bulbs special order. Don't know what your car takes? Just drop me an e-mail at sales@mrxmotors.com.

Q: Are these street legal?

A: The are considered to be "off road use only". However, Michigan law states only that the lights must be white, so 5000K should have no issues as they are white.  MCL 257.696, MCL 257.699, MCL 257.700, MCL 257.701.

COLOR TEMPERATURES:

5000K has an approx. 3100lm output, which is more than 3x the light output of the traditional halogen light and is the color temperature with the most output. The light appears bright white, and is for customers looking for the most light and to be more like stock HID cars.

6000K has an approx. 2900lm output, which is 3x the light output of the traditional halogen light and slightly less light output compared to the 5000K. Although it has a bit lesser light output, it emits pure whiter light with a slight tint of blue.

8000K has an approx. 2500lm output, which is about 3x the light output of the traditional halogen light and slightly less light output compared to the 6000K. While it has a bit lesser light output, it emits bluer light than the 6000K.

10000K has an approx. 2300lm output, which is more than 2x the light output of the traditional halogen light. 10000K produces a deep blue light output approaching violet and the blue is noticeably deeper than the 8000K.

Please note that if you have sealed beams, you'll need to upgrade your housings to one that accepts an interchangeable bulb. I have the housings in stock for several makes and models. Feel free to call or e-mail us with any questions. All kits come with a 12 month warranty on the ballast.
