Your thinking of building a powerful, high horsepower engine or you have one already. Don’t risk melted pistons by running out of fuel under high boost. Necessary for cars making more than 400 HP. This kit is good for up to 600 HP. It is upgradable for even higher power levels. We have developed a complete fuel delivery system that is easy to install and comes complete with preassembled stainless steel braided lines, an Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, Aeromotive fuel filter, and Walbro pump. This kit will utilize your factory fuel rail or most aftermarket fuel rails.

This modification has been shown to consistently add 3 points of fuel in all ranges with no other modifications.

The system is comprised of three subsystems that are available separately if desired.

The first subsystem is our modified fuel pump module with a 255lph Walbro pump and AN fittings. Which is fully assembled by us. We eliminate all restrictions. If bought separately you will need to purchase two additional AN to hose connectors. Please let us know when ordering..

The second subsystem consists of the undercarriage line kit which contains all the preassembled stainless steel braided lines with red/blue AN fittings, tube to AN tubing adapters and a section of 3/8 copper/nickel alloy fuel line for easier forming and corrosion resistance along with an Aeromotive fuel filter.

The third subsystem contains all the engine compartment components. Included in this section is the tube adapters for the hard fuel lines, pre assembled sections of stainless steel braided fuel line with AN fittings, Aeromotive 1:1 rising rate adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and a fuel pressure gauge for regulator. We will need to modify the kit slightly if bought separately.

This is a serious fuel system. Included is the following in the full kit:

All fittings are -6 AN (we can use -8AN for +750HP applications)

Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump

Modified fuel pump module with restrictions removed

Pre assembled stainless steel braided lines with Russell –6 AN fittings installed

Copper/Nickel alloy 3/8 fuel feed line, 1/2 can be used for +750HP applications

All AN adapters and fittings included (red and blue included, black and silver available)

Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator with gauge

Aeromotive fuel filter (red or black)

All braided fuel lines come preassembled

Add an MRX billet fuel rail and your choice of injectors for a total plug and play fuel system upgrade.

You can add or subtract parts as necessary. You can also use your stock fuel rail or your own injectors if desired to save money.
